I prefer to avoid duplicate content in my practice because it’s really risky – it’s an “opportunity” of being banned.

And what if to find a text and rewrite it in my own words, will it be considered a duplicate contents?

Duplicate content is a kind of on-page black hat SEO – I prefer to stay away from this in my practice because using duplicate contents is harmful for a website’s reputation.
