You can using this to search any blog you want:
[[site:.edu inurl:blog "post a comment" -"comments closed" -"you must be logged in" "Your-Key-Word"]]

.edu and .gov links are “more powerful” simply because in Google’s opinion they are “authority” sites, in other words not any SEO marketer or blog owner can own a .edu or .gov site, based on this the seach engines (more so Google) assume that links comming from a .edu or .gov site are much more important than a link comming from say a PR0 blog.
Although I agree with the site strategy, in my experience (more so on new websites) it is better to have a mix of both do an no follow links, as well as PR0, building a website 1 day and suddenly having a few hundred .gov .edu and PR6 links that are all dofollow is going to cause a possible flag of the link filters.
This is only based on my personal experience however and is not factual to every website!

Yes that you are missing an item. You won’t be able to just spot a text message box. Should you examine my tip very carefully it talks in regards to the default word box that comes about the site. Utilize which as your web page title. If you happen to deleted it you will need to develop a brand new site, and copy and paste you stuff onto that web page.

Thanks for this information. .edu and .gov may be considered as “powerful” websites but my concern is that they really do not approve comments that easily or post links which makes it hard for webmasters to get backlinks from these “authoritative” sites/domains.

You need to watch out whether the .gov or .edu are filled with spammy comments otherwise getting link from them would be valueless
